Hosting Secret Church? A Few Reminders… Posted: 01 Nov 2011 02:52 PM PDT If you have signed up to host Secret Church this Friday, November 4,  there are numerous resources within the simulcast site available to you.  We thought we’d highlight a few of those resources including a couple of important reminders. “Today” Section – Check this page to review your “to do” list and receive helpful reminders from the LifeWay Team as you prepare to simulcast this weekend.  Technical support contact information can be found on this page. “Newsletters” Section – Review the Secret Church Newsletters on this page.  The newsletters contain important information about some of the logistics involved the night of Secret Church such as the worship time, offering, and testing dates. “Live Feed” Section – Make sure you you locate the “Live Feed” section in your account.  This is where you will go when you are ready to test and watch the simulcast.  Make a note of the manditory testing date coming up this Thursday, November 3rd.  You will be able to log in and test your simulcast feed as well as trouble shoot with the LifeWay support team if necessary. “Planning” Section – There are several good resources in your “Planning” Section.  If you need additional study guides there is a printable PDF of the Study Guide under “Listening Guide” in this section.  You can also find an order of worship and song lyrics here. “Support” Section – If you have any trouble streaming the simulcast or connecting click on “Support” for troubleshooting suggestions. There is also a designated number for technical support if you would like to speak with a LifeWay Team member. “Videos” Section – All of the promo videos can be found in the “Video” section at the bottom of the page.
