Mandatory Simulcast Test Tomorrow Posted: 07 Apr 2014 01:49 PM PDT Please make plans to participate in both of our mandatory tests, tomorrow (April 8–from 1-7pm Central) and April 17 (from 3-9pm Central). So tomorrow, try to carve out between 45 minutes and an hour sometime during our six hour window to make sure you’re good to go for the simulcast on Good Friday. If you can stream video for at least 45 minutes, you should be fine for the simulcast on the 18th. This test is your chance to make sure you know how to login, work through any potential connectivity issues, try out your home or church setup, and ask us any questions you might have. We’ll have our customer service team on standby for your questions. Here’s how to begin: 1.  Go to www.radical.net/sclogin 2.  Type in the user name and password you received in your confirmation email. Click the "Login" button. This will take you to your simulcast account. 3.  Make note of the 2nd password on the first page of your simulcast account. Then, click on the red button that says "TEST NOW". 4.  You will be directed to the Livestream website. When prompted, enter the 2nd password, and click the "Unlock" button. 5.  You're in! You should be able to watch the simulcast. Click the "Play" button in the middle of the video player to begin watching. We’re so looking forward to spending Good Friday studying the Word with you.
