Promotional Material In Your Account

If you are hosting the Secret Church simulcast as a church, spreading the word over the next few weeks could be crucial to people’s participation on Good Friday. So to make sure you’re well-equipped for this last push, we’ve loaded your simulcast account with videos and promotional graphics for you to use. The videos vary from general Secret Church overviews to specific topic explanations. The graphics vary in style and size, and some can even be altered so that you can insert your date, time, and location (since some will be watching later rather than live at 6 central on April 18). How can you use them? The possibilities are truly endless, but here are some quick ideas to help get your creative juices flowing:  put them on bulletin inserts, use them on your church’s website, design a poster around it, create flyers or mailers with them, or include them in a church wide e-blast.

But in order to use the promotional material, you first need to know where to find it. So, allow me to help you out.

  1. Log in to your simulcast account using the username and password in the confirmation email you received when you registered.
  2. On the menu bar to the right, click “Promotion.”SC14 Promotion How To 1
  3. Then scroll down to view your video and graphic options. Note the PDF, JPG, and InDesign files under “Posters” and “Flyer” as well as the added convenience of a PSD file under “Graphics.” (Also note the images that appear at the bottom of the page, which you are free to download/save or copy/paste.)SC14 Promotion How To 2
  4. Clicking the red “here” next to any of the file types you desire will take you TranfserBigFiles.com, where you can then download the full size image and use it any way you like.SC 14 Promotion How To 3

All graphics are intentionally generic so that you can insert the date, time, and location that applies to your specific gathering. Hopefully this helps get you going on promoting “The Cross and Everyday Life” so that the gospel spreads to as many people as possible.
