| Tips for Simulcast Hosts: The Offering Posted: 22 Mar 2013 01:25 PM PDT An offering will be taken up during Secret Church. Many of you have asked questions about how this offering is used, how it will be collected, and where to send your offering after Secret Church. Here are answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the offering.
How is this offering used? When will the offering be collected during the simulcast?
You will then have 60 seconds to give instructions at your host site. During this time it may be helpful to remind people at your location how to make their checks out and how you will be collecting the offering. During the song that follows, please collect the offering. At the conclusion of the song, you are dismissed to a 15-minute break. Where do I send the offering? Radical Make checks payable to "Radical" with the designation of "SC13 Offering" in the memo line. We ask that you please do not send cash. Our church is already involved in ministry to the persecuted church. Can our offering go toward that?

| Posted: 22 Mar 2013 03:00 AM PDT Throughout the month of March, we will be posting daily about Chinese Muslims, the prayer focus for our upcoming Secret Church gathering. We invite you to learn about Chinese Muslims and pray with us for God's glory to be made known among them. If you would like to read other posts in this blog series, you can find them here. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:13, ESV) "It may be that some Muslims are following your Jesus, but it will never happen amongst the Dongxiang. We are traditional and will never relinquish Islam and Muhammad." This was one of the most fervent declarations of Ayinsha,* a young entrepreneur. On the other hand, here is a dialogue with Khadijah,* "Mary,* are you going to fast next month?" Mary was a bit concerned, but eventually answered, "To tell you the truth, no." Her Dongxiang friends smiled, and whispered to her, "My neighbors and I don't fast either." During Ramadan, the outward appearance is often stronger than the intention of the heart. Religiosity is one of the most significant expressions of identity as a people, perhaps a way to compensate for low self-esteem caused by poverty. * Name changed PLEASE PRAY
