ALSO, this is the third newsletter for simulcast hosts. If you missed the first two, you can read them here (#1), here (#2), and here (#3). or by logging in to your simulcast account and clicking on the "Planning" link. If you missed the email, here's what you need to know … WHAT DO YOU DO FROM HERE? If you have not signed in to your simulcast account, you will want to familiarize yourself with your Secret Church account. Here you will find resources related to simulcasting and the broadcast of Secret Church. To log in, use the same email and password you use to log in to your LifeWay.com account. If you are unable to log in because you haven't activated your account, click the "Sign In/Register" or "My Account" link in the top right hand corner above the search button on LifeWay.com. Once you have logged into your account, click "Order History," and your Secret Church Simulcast purchase will be listed here. Click on "Manage Your Simulcast" and follow the online instructions. (You can find step-by-step instructions for setting up your simulcast account HERE.) The first time you log in to your account, you will be asked for some additional information. This information is strictly for ongoing support leading up to the simulcast. We need this information in order to provide technical support before and during the simulcast. MANDATORY TESTING LOG IN :: This year, the Mandatory Live Testing session will take place on Thursday, March 28th from 4:00pm – 7:00pm CT. This is an extremely important time! Please remember that you must be online for at least 1 hour to complete this testing time. You are free to do so at your convenience between the hours of 4:00pm – 7:00pm CT. IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY :: Your simulcast is important to us. We want each of you to feel prepared on event day. Please carefully review the following steps to take in case you experience difficulty with your simulcast stream: *Step 1: Please make sure your Technical Coordinator is involved in the Technical Chat during the simulcast. Many questions regarding your specific site can be resolved by following the conversations in the chat room. The chat button is located on the simulcast player page. *Step 2: If you need technical phone support, you may contact our Simulcast Support team at 866.713.3512. Please make sure to follow the prompts given during the phone call. This will help direct your call to the appropriate Technical Representative. *Step 3: In the unlikely event of a network failure during the simulcast, you will receive an 'EMERGENCY UPDATE' email with a live link to the simulcast stream. This will only be sent in the event of a network failure. STUDY GUIDES :: By this time you should have already received your FREE Study Guides, if not – please contact our Simulcast Support Team by calling 866.713.3512 or email secretchurch@lifeway.com. For your convenience, we have also placed a downloadable copy of the study guide in your simulcast account under the "Planning" link. SOCIAL MEDIA :: Did you know that Secret Church is on Twitter? You can follow Secret Church HERE or search @Secret_Church. The official hash-tag for Secret Church this Good Friday is #sc13. SHARE YOUR GROUP PICTURES :: We would love to see pictures of your small group, church, or seminary as you get ready for Secret Church Friday night. We will be posting your photos throughout the event! Send us your pictures to the following email address :: secretchurchpics.simulcast@picasaweb.com SECRET CHURCH OFFERING :: There will be an offering taken during Secret Church. All proceeds from this offering will support persecuted Christians worldwide through ongoing ministry initiatives as well as providing Secret Church Bible teaching materials in many native languages. You may turn in your Secret Church offering online at www.radical.net/offering OR you can mail a check to the following address… RADICAL Please make checks payable to "RADICAL" with the designation of "SC13 Offering" in the memo line. We ask that you please do not send cash. For additional information about collecting the offering during Secret Church, visit the Secret Church blog by clicking HERE. ONLINE EVALUATION :: Next week, we will be sending you the 2013 Secret Church Online Host Evaluation. Please take a few minutes to complete the evaluation – we greatly appreciate your comments and feedback! UPCOMING DATES :: Please make sure that you have completed at least one testing opportunity for at least 65 minutes prior to the Mandatory Testing on Thursday afternoon/night. To participate in one of the tests, log in to your simulcast account and click on the "Weekly Test" button on the right hand side of the page. We invite you to learn about Chinese Muslims and pray with us for God's glory to be made known among them. If you would like to read other posts in this blog series, you can find them here.  Photo Courtesy of Pray for the Hui “For my whole life I've heard the government treats Muslims better than us so that they won't revolt," said one man at a meeting of church leaders. "It's not fair that they are allowed to have two children simply because they are a minority group, when we have to abide by the one child policy," said another. A third simply asked, "Why should we take the gospel to people who hate us?" The issues forcing racial tension between the Han majority and the Muslim minorities are real. And they are building real walls of hatred and bitterness in the hearts of the Chinese — including believers. Here, it's not fear that hinders the spread of the Gospel, but animosity. But as the meeting continued, the men began to study Scripture, remembering Christ's sacrifice in the midst of their sin and His love for those who hate Him. "God shows His love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8). "In this is love, not that we have loved God but that He loved us…" (1 John 4:10). As they read, the Word slowly started to tear down their walls of racism and burden their hearts for those who, like they once were, are desperate for the forgiveness of the Savior. Because of what the men learned that day, more than 500 Chinese believers have begun to pray for their Muslim neighbors, and some have even dared to share Christ with them; all because of the Gospel that transcends barriers and transforms lives.
