Join us in praying for this spiritually dark area of the world, and as you do, be sure to take advantage of the 31-day prayer guide. In some ways gospel conversations in Turkey can be easy; in other ways, they can be incredibly frustrating. Unlike the US, religion is a natural topic of discussion here. People talk freely of their faith without hesitation or reservation. This aspect of the Turkish culture allows ample opportunity to share the good news. However, since childhood they have been taught by parents and in public schools that the claims of Christianity are false and blasphemous to the true faith of Islam.
